Refund policy

Please use our free practice units and available free essay feedback to assess the material before purchasing. Paid plans provide access to digital practice content and features. We do not offer a voluntary money-back guarantee or change-of-mind refunds once paid access begins, except where required by law or provided below.

Monthly plan

Cancel at any time from the billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current paid period. We do not voluntarily refund unused days or a renewal because you did not use the service. Your statutory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected.

Until-your-exam pass

The pass is a one-time purchase and does not renew. We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind refunds or an automatic transfer if you choose to defer your exam. If the official results date for your selected sitting moves later, access extends to the new results date plus 7 days at no extra cost.

Your statutory rights

Purchasing access or using the free samples does not by itself waive your consumer rights. Where a statutory cooling-off period applies, we honour it unless a lawful exception applies. For digital content supplied immediately, loss of the cancellation right depends on the legally required consent, acknowledgement and confirmation, and on supply beginning. Ongoing digital services may be subject to different rules. We do not treat payment alone as a waiver.

Nothing in this policy limits remedies for content or services that are faulty, not supplied or not as described, including rights under Irish, EU, UK and Australian consumer law. We also correct duplicate or incorrect charges. Refunds for withdrawal of paid features or ending the service are covered by our terms.

Requesting help or a refund

Email support@gamsatpro.com from your account email address with the payment date and the problem. Do not send card details. Payments and refunds are handled through Polar, our merchant of record, under its buyer terms. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method, subject to payment-provider processing times. Polar may also issue refunds under its own terms and applicable law. Access covered by a refunded payment may end; we will explain the effect on your plan.
